Devices

The Webex Devices integration displays data from the Devices API. In Webex all meetings are considered a virtual meeting room and they do not have the equivalent of Zoom Rooms.

Locations (Site)

When using our location filters we are using the Locations API. This is going to be the equivalent of Site or Locations for other integrations. Fortunately we are able to tie the devices directly to the locations because they have a locationId that comes with their data object. This is fortunate because the workspaces are not always configured correctly.

Workspaces (Room)

The Workspaces API in Webex does not always work for filtering room data. Unfortunately often times users are configuring Webex devices to directly use users as the account instead of a room account.

Tile

The tile here is very similar to Zoom Rooms. Instead of just tracking up/down we are getting many different statuses that we are referring to as "issues". Rooms with issues can of course be "tracked" and those without issues are "healthy".

Table

The table contains data similar to Domotz Devices and Zoom Rooms. Notably here are the status and error codes columns. We have many different variations here including a warning color that you may see.

Panel

The panel includes all the data from the table plus it gives you the ability to change and save the importance of the devices. That is the only thing you can change here. If you want to add devices to Tickets or Room Checks you will need to go to those pages.
