🎛️ Filter Persistence

• 🧩 Module To Module: Filter your dashboard tables as much as you'd like, navigate to another module, and when you return, your filters will still be there!

• 🐘 URL Storage: Send links of filtered tables to your team. The filters are now stored in the URL, so instead of exporting the data, just send it!

💬 Ticket Comments

• 💅 New Events Tab Look: We have given our Ticket Event's tab a refresh. Now follow along with your incidents in a more organized and visually appealing way.

• ✍️ Create, Update, and Delete Comments: Along side of status updates, dispatches, and emails, you can now add, edit, and delete ticket comments within Vantage.

• 🔔 Event Alerts: When a new event is added to a ticket, the ticket will now be marked as unread for other users and the appropriate CSR and CSM will be notified.

• 📋 Reports Table and View: Our Service team has been hard at work perfecting our PMA reports and starting today you can view them directly in Vantage!

• 🔔 Notifications: You will also receive PMA updates such as scheduled PMA visits and newly submitted PMA reports via notifications in the main portal view.

  

Improved

• 🔽 Devices Table Status Changes: Status changes in the past 24 hours have been added as icons in the Devices table for immediate visibility. The same information can be found in the Events tab when viewing a device in the device panel.
• 📂 Vantage Reports Page: The Vantage Report has moved to a new page with a full screen option.

Bug Fixes

• 🐛 Chart Date Filters: Charts are now reflecting the date filter input.

Whats New - Breadcrumbs

We have moved our site selection to the upper left hand corner of the application. This will now function as part of a navigation breadcrumb, allowing you to better understand where you are in the application as well as allow you to easily navigate between different sites.

We've released a handful of upgrades across the app to improve your Vantage experience. As always, if you have any issues or feedback, please submit feedback through the Vantage Settings menu in the top right corner!

New:

• 📎 Enhanced Tables for all modules: Our Enhanced Table roll out has begun.
  • We've added the improved sorting as well as the ability to resize columns across all modules.
  • Filtering updates are still in the oven and will be coming to all tables soon!
• ✅ Incomplete Room Check Status: When checking over every room on site, there are some times days where EVERYTHING gets in your way and you are unable to check the room.
  • We've added an Incomplete Status to be able to document this better.
  • When selecting Incomplete you'll be able to note why you were unable to complete your check for that room for the day!
• 📓 Documents and Changelog: We've added our help documents and changelog directly to Vantage! You can find links to both under the Settings Menu in the top right corner!
  • Docs: Will contain Tutorials, Topic Guides, Reference Guides, and How To Guides to help you use Vantage better!
  • Changelog: Will contain information on updates to the application chronologically!

Improved:

• ✅ Room Checks Data: Previously if you Found & Fixed or Conditional Passed a room, you weren't asked what caused it to not be a direct pass or fail.
  • We've added the Category field to both of these room checks to help improve the data collection.

Bug Fixes:

• 🐛 Symbols in company names confused our database. (e.g ,LLC or d/b/a). We fixed it!
• 🐛 Our ability to Export a module Table broke. We liked it working so we fixed it!
  • Pro Tip: You can export data from any table, just filter to the data set you want and click the download button!
• 🐛 When using the Clear All Filters button, the previous filters still showed as active, even though they weren't filtering the data. We fixed it!

Vantage v1.1 Release!

We’re Moving On Up!

Thanks to the feedback from internal users and clients alike, we’ve spent the last few months planning and developing some pretty big changes around the Vantage portal. Many of you have had an opportunity to see and demo these, but the official v1.1 release is here! Make sure to log in and give these all a try!

Track Your Work!

Our new Tracking feature is a game changer!

• We can now associate devices or UC platform issues directly to Tickets or Room Checks.
• The action is linked bi-directionally and allows us to have really insightful data about what has happened with a device or UC Room historically.
• If a device goes offline, you can open a ticket to track that we are working on the issue.
• From the device page you can now see a ticket is associated with that device.
• From the Tickets module, when you view the open ticket, you will see the associated devices.

Check All Rooms!

Room Checks has seen a major upgrade, minimizing the amount of clicks and drop downs that need to be completed to submit a pass and quickly move on to the next room!

A Few Other Updates:

• New “Conditional Pass” for rooms that may have a known issue, but are currently functional.
• New type “PMA” to use when doing PMA visits.
• Connected to our New Tracking Function to track device issues to room checks!
• Mobile friendly view with big buttons!

Other Updates

• Improved first time user onboarding with a new walkthrough!
• Updated Analytics Reporting!
• Improved Details panel for easier use!
• Added “Agent Down” banner if a Vantage Support Agent goes down!
